  • Unauthorized duplication, modification, translation, or scraping of our content is strictly illegal.

5. Strict Personal-Use License & Anti-Piracy/Anti-Reselling Clause

When you purchase a digital product (PDF, E-book, Trick Sheet, or Mock Test Access) from BrainGo.in, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for individual, personal educational use only.

  • Absolute Prohibitions: You are strictly prohibited from copying, sharing, distributing, or transmitting our digital assets into public or private channels, including but not limited to Telegram channels/groups, WhatsApp groups, Google Drive links, torrent sites, or alternative websites.
  • No Commercial Re-sale: You do not have permission to resell, modify for resale, sub-license, rent, or commercially print our digital assets.

6. Micro-Pricing, Currency, and Payment Security

  • Pricing Model: BrainGo.in implements an impulse-friendly micro-pricing structure (such as ₹1……..₹199) to make high-quality education affordable for every Indian aspirant. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Price Modifications: We reserve the right to alter the prices of any digital asset, bundle, or mock test at any moment without prior notice.
  • Payment Security: All financial transactions on BrainGo.in are securely managed and processed by Razorpay, an RBI-regulated, industry-standard third-party payment gateway. BrainGo does not capture, process, or store your debit/credit card numbers, UPI PINs, or net banking credentials.

7. Digital Delivery, Glitch Resolution, and Absolute No-Refund Policy

  • Instant Fulfillments: Since our assets are strictly digital products (instant downloads/PDFs), all successful purchases are immediately made accessible for download on the post-payment confirmation page and are simultaneously dispatched to the email ID you provided.
  • Absolute No-Refunds: Once a digital file is downloaded or delivered, it cannot be physically returned. Therefore, all sales are final, and no refunds or cancellations will be issued under normal circumstances.
  • Technical Glitch Protection: If a network failure, gateway delay, or server error prevents your download link from appearing despite a successful debit from your bank account, your money is safe. You must follow our strict resolution protocol:

    2. Provide a valid Proof of Payment (such as a Razorpay transaction ID, bank debit SMS screenshot, or UPI app payment receipt).
    3. Once our operations team verifies the transaction, we will resolve the issue within 24 to 48 hours by either manually delivering the exact digital product to your email address or executing a 100% full monetary refund if a delivery is impossible.

8. Absolute Limitation of Liability (No Exam Guarantees)

BrainGo.in is built honestly to assist students in their educational journeys. However, a business analyst and professional evaluation dictates a strict limitation of financial and legal liability:

  • No Selection Guarantee: Our short-tricks, formulas, mock tests, and notes are supplementary preparation tools. BrainGo.in does not give any explicit or implicit guarantee, warranty, or promise that utilizing our materials will secure you a passing score, a job, or a 100% selection in any government or competitive examination.
  • No Liability for Exam Outcomes: Success in competitive exams depends entirely on an individual student’s overall dedication, hard work, and performance on the day of the exam. Under no circumstances shall BrainGo, its owners, creators, or affiliates be held legally or financially liable for your failure to qualify for an exam, loss of an exam attempt, mental stress, or any direct/indirect educational or career losses.

9. Governing Law and Legal Jurisdiction
