Because our digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be physically returned, reclaimed, or deactivated, all sales are final. We enforce a strict no-refund, no-return, and no-cancellation policy once a product has been successfully generated or sent by our system.
By completing a purchase on this Platform, you acknowledge and agree that your order cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded under normal circumstances.

- Accidental Windows Closure: If you accidentally close your browser window, disconnect from the internet, or exit the page after a successful UPI/card debit before the download page displays, your delivery is still processed automatically. You must immediately check your Email Inbox, Spam, and Promotions folders for your download link.
3. Failed Delivery & Technical Glitch Resolution Protocol
In rare circumstances where an explicit technical error occurs—such as a bank server timeout where money is debited from your account but our automated gateway fails to deliver the product link within 15 minutes—your investment remains completely protected.
To initiate an internal verification and manual fulfillment claim, you must contact our official operations desk at support@braingo.in with your formal Proof of Payment. To protect our network, we legally require you to submit the following four specific verification metrics:
- Razorpay Transaction ID / Order ID (found on your payment receipt or banking summary).
- The Exact Payment App Utilized (e.g., PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, Amazon Pay, or Net Banking).
- An Authentic Screenshot of the Bank Debit Confirmation or official bank SMS statement.
- The Exact Email Address you typed into the checkout page during the transaction.
4. Zero-Tolerance Anti-Fraud and Fake Screenshot Clause
BrainGo employs state-of-the-art automated logging to track transaction success rates. We maintain an uncompromising stance against digital fraud and system exploitation:
- Any attempt to obtain free study materials or fraudulent payouts by submitting AI-generated, digitally edited, altered, or photoshopped fake screenshots will be flagged immediately.
- Our administrative support team will execute no manual delivery or financial settlement based purely on imagery. No verification claim will be approved until the transaction explicitly reflects as settled on our live, secure Razorpay merchant dashboard.
- Flagged fraudulent claims will result in an immediate and permanent ban of the user’s email ID and phone number across our entire integrated payment network.
5. Internal Resolution and Bank Settlement Timelines
Once your email containing the four required verification metrics arrives at our helpdesk, our technical team will inspect the server logs:
- Verification Period: We will investigate and verify your claim within 24 to 48 hours.
- Fulfillment: If the log confirms a valid debit without a successful file delivery, we will manually deliver the exact digital product directly to your verified email address.
- Refund Route: In cases where an involuntary technical asset failure prevents product delivery, a full 100% refund will be triggered.
- Banking Cycle Timeline: Once a refund is initiated by our team, the capital is routed back through standard banking networks. Depending on your specific bank or original UPI source node, it may take 5 to 7 working days for the credit to reflect in your account balance.
6. Illegitimate Chargeback Prevention Policy

If a user bypasses our customer support entirely and opens an unverified dispute or fraudulent “Chargeback” claim with their issuing bank or UPI application for a successfully delivered digital asset, BrainGo will vigorously contest the claim. We will immediately submit our automated WooCommerce download timestamps, server IP access records, and Razorpay digital delivery logs directly to the clearing bank to neutralize the fraudulent claim and secure our financial ecosystem.
