If you have completed a payment via Razorpay but have not received your digital product (PDF/Notes) due to a technical glitch or accidental tab closure, please do not worry. Your money is completely safe.
To help us verify and manually deliver your product immediately, please send an email with the subject line “Delivery Issue – [Your Order ID]” and attach the following details:
- Your Razorpay Transaction ID / Order ID
- A screenshot of your Payment Confirmation / Bank Debit
- The Exact Email Address used during checkout

To keep our operations fast, affordable, and fully focused on creating high-quality content, BrainGo.in operates exclusively via email support. We do not maintain a telephonic customer helpline or a physical corporate front office.
- Turnaround Time: We review every email manually. You will receive a definitive response or resolution within 24 to 48 working hours.
- Note: Please ensure you check your Spam and Promotions folders before submitting a claim, as automated delivery emails can sometimes be misrouted by your email provider.

In alignment with modern Indian digital commerce practices, any operational escalations, transactional mismatches, or policy questions are handled directly by our internal administration group via our primary support email.
